“great location between Estes Park and RMNP, pool was great. well maintained by staff. hot tub easy to use and cleaned daily. only suggestion would be to add more tableware in kitchen (we were short on knives and forks initially but the staff added some more on request).”

“This little cabin was exactly as described if not even better. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee pots and coffee. The place was incredibly clean and beds super comfy. Only a couple minutes from Breckenridge Golf Club and right on the river. Perfect for our weekend in Breck, can’t wait to come back!”

“The location was a perfect stay for us. We wanted to do activities during the day and rest at night and it’s close enough to Colorado Springs that we could easily drive there in 30 minutes. Palmer Lake and Monument are also adorable. We had twin deer babies that would play in the yard every morning, one morning a giant cinnamon bear even made an appearance! You have a great view of the mountains and pikes peak, as well as elephant rock. Hot tub was clean, house was immaculate, beds were firm but……

“Beautiful property with stunning views and close to a very quaint little community, Gold Hill. They do a great job of supplying some basics as if you forget anything, it is 30 minutes into Boulder. Great location for walks, hiking, stunning views and getting away from civilization. We had 5 adults, child and an infant. It accommodated all of us very well. We did get to see some deer, chipmunks and rabbits. Didn't see any bears, but it appeared one tried to open the door on the vehicle. ……

“We wanted to stay forever and weren't ready to leave after 5 days. It was clean, and it is so high up in the treetops that the morning sunrise and birding wildlife are next-level spectacular to enjoy (hummingbirds, stellars jays, deer). We stayed in the middle of July which was not an issue for the A/C unit in the bedroom upstairs. There is a vent from the bedroom that pumps air down to the second floor. The temps are easy to manage with the cool of the morning, and the A-frame was precisely……
