"The room was really nice, we had a very comfortable king bed. The kitchenette was very minimal, with a small coffee maker, sink, microwave, and apartment fridge. We were there for an early January trip, so definitely the off-season. The hotel was very close to where we wanted to be so super convenient for us. I really appreciated their nice 24 hour coffee and tea station, that was super helpful because one morning we had to get up and leave at 4:30 and it was really nice to have that option. The only small complaints that I would have were about the overall heating, because even with our room heat turned off the room was rather warm and stuffy Also, the hot water for showers was pretty unreliable. When you’re coming in from a long day in the cold, you really need a nice hot shower and something was wrong because we weren’t getting fully hot showers"

"Breakfast had a variety of items. Very good. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Did not like the $250 hold on my credit card for room damage. Did not expect that on a somewhat upscale hotel. "
