“Absolutely disgraceful. Our room was completely buried in sand after the storm, luggage, belongings, everything coated. We spent hours cleaning them piece by piece.
Management’s response? Nothing. No room change. No refund. No compensation whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable, it’s negligent.”

“Very comfortable and convenient location. Right off the main road and parking was very accessible. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. Effort by hotel mgmt was apparent with the details seen inside the room — Clean and comfortable.”
