“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. “Room was clean, everything was a little outdated and our tub didn’t drain. The housekeepers, groundskeepers and most of the front desk were MARVELOUS. I checked in a little later than we anticipated (hit unexpected traffic delays on the way in) and the guy checking is in, Mark, was rude. I walked in, as I just walked in, he said “can I help you?” With an attitude and then was just super snarky for the remained of our conversation. He said “get your plate number” and I said “ok no problem, didn’t……

“Staff was very nice. Unfortunately we did have several small issues in the room. Broken microwave, cracked mirror, and leaking tolet.”
