“The one bedroom apartment was just as advertised with cute, modern decor. Any convenience you could need was provided. The space is small but its all we needed for just me and my partner. Shops and the harbor are all in walking distance. The owners were very accommodating and were always quick to respond to messages.”

“This harbor view suite, Mostly Porches is a gorgeous guest suite. It was perfect for our long get away weekend in St. Michael's. It’s extremely clean and includes all the comforts of home, also plenty of privacy. Its luxurious accommodations exceeded our expectations. Amazing location allowed us to walk to all the shopping and popular restaurants and wineries, breweries, coffee shops, etc. Thank you to the owners, Bill and Leslie for being such great hosts!”

“The location of this room is perfect for your stay in North Beach! Walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, several stores, restaurants, coffee shop, and beer garden. The included beach pass was so helpful! The check-in, check-out process was so easy. Our only complaint was the noise from the guests in the room above us and you could hear the live music from the nearby beer garden until 10:30 pm - however, the positives FAR outweighed the noise.”

Very close to anything you could possibly need and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The bed was so comfortable that I found out the type of mattress and I’ll be buying one. “We know Eastport well, having lived there for several years. This is a great location. I would have given it 5 stars but the mattress isn't that comfortable (it's a murphy pull-out), so as long as you don't expect dreamy sleep than this is a good option.”

The positive aspects of the aparment were its location (close by the city dock, restaurants, Naval Academy), the provision of a resident parking permit that allowed us to street park right in front of the house most of the time, and the access to the apartment was easy and the host was very responsive to questions. “We had a lovely stay. It was the perfect size for just my wife and I. We ran into a couple issues during the stay (no toilet paper, hot water heater breaking) but the owners/property managers were very responsive and did their best to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. We would stay here again!”

“The rental was near our relatives in a quiet community. Neighbors were friendly. The size was perfect for me and my brother while we were in for a funeral (Arlington National). All the comforts of home! I'll definitely look to stay here again.”

“While we wished for weather that was slightly better, we still enjoyed every minute of our 3 days. The weather didn't stop us from using the Kayaks or trying to catch a crab or two. the yard was perfect for exercising the kids and the puppies. It was a short easy drive into town, for some shopping, eating and even a visit to a rum distillery. The wineries were all closed at the beginning of the week this time of year. The house was supplied with everything we needed. The listing was spot on,……

“My rugby team traveled down for a competition. Erin met us there walked us around the property and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She was an amazing manager, always answering questions and getting us anything we needed. The property was beautiful and fit our entire team comfortably. The large slace and outdoor activity allowed for a lot of team building and we had a blast llaying pickle ball and basketball with each other. We wish we coukd have spent more time there.”
