“The host was very communicative and prepared. We didn’t need anything as the place had everything we needed already. The location was perfect! The beach right across the street and restaurants within easy walking distance. Clear and easy instructions with what needed left out in the open. ”

“For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.”
