“It is a new hotel in a remote village in Tuscany, it has been renovated to a high standard, our experience was poor. 1. The hotel was around £175/night for a three person room and there was no one to carry the customers' luggage upstairs. 3.The stairs to the first floor had no bannister. 4. “Die Ferienwohnungen, ca. 10, sind schon einige Jahre alt, befinden sich aber in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir konnnten vor unserer Wohnung frühstücken und auf den Garten mit Olivenbäumen und den Wald im Hintergrund blicken. Wir waren also mitten in der Natur.”

“The property itself was beautiful with a great pool with a view. The hotel had a large group of students that night and so perhaps things might be better another time. We were in a separate out-building where the bed was terrible -- an old spring mattress where you could feel the springs and it sagged. We suspect the main-house rooms may be better.
