bedroom flat is in a SUPERB LOCATION. New kitchen with breakfast bar to seat 4 at a time comfortably (plus 2 extra stools) Just 1 minute from the Meadows, next to a
variety of good pubs, cafes and
shops and Fringe venue Summerhall. 10minutes walk to
Arthur's Seat, 10 minutes to Bristo Square, Teviot/Underbelly and George Square or walk across rhw Meadows over to Greyfriars Bobby and Cowgate.

Easy bus straight up
Clerk Street to Royal Mile and Princes Street or 20-30minute pleasant walk to Royal Mile.

Residential block so please respect
neighbours, NO PARTIES. Please be considerate of noise levels after 9pm, particularly noise to flat downstairs (elderly neighbour). Plenty of nearby opportunities and venues to go out and party! Also no wifi or TV (see above re plenty entertainment outside…And wifi cafes, bars etc on the street). Good 4G data signal on O2.
