The Space:
Inside, enjoy expansive living areas including a large formal lounge, a separate TV room, and a grand dining room perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped, extensive kitchen is ideal for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to celebratory feasts.

The property comfortably sleeps 10 to 12 guests across five generously sized bedrooms, with multiple bathrooms for added convenience.

Family Vacation

We just had a wonderful week-long vacation in Scotland and stayed here for the duration of the trip. The property was accurately listed and there was plenty of space for our group of seven. It was a short drive into Edinburgh city center as well. We would definitely recommend this property for large groups or families who want a lot of space. Great communication with the property manager as well throughout our stay. Truly felt like our home away from home and would love a return visit in the future.

Beautiful property with space for large group.

Overall a good property for our large group near Edinburgh. The grounds are lovely and there is plenty of space. The gate was a little tricky and some of the bathroom fixtures did not work well but plenty of bathrooms to be able to just use another.

Family Reunion

We rented Orchard House for a family reunion. It is an amazing property and just perfect for our stay. The children loved the garden and could play in safety within it's walls. The house has lots of character and nothing like we have ever stayed in. Super for a large group/special occasion. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
