Leopold Place is a large (100 m2), quiet, city centre basement flat with small private garden to the rear. The front of the property faces south making the living/dining room bright and airy whilst the bedrooms are situated to the rear. There is a private front courtyard ensuring privacy from the road above.
The kitchen adjoins the living area and is equipped with Siemens/Bosch large appliances throughout (oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine). Smaller kitchen appliances include microwave, cafetiere, kettle and toaster.
The dining area of the living room seats 4 but with the option of extending the table to seat 6. HD digital TV is at your disposal and there is a Bose Bluetooth speaker for listening to music.
There is a king-size bed (150 X 200cm) in the master bedroom with a double bed (135 X 190cm) in the second bedroom. A single bed in the master bedroom gives added versatility to sleeping arrangements or the option of sleeping a 5th person (at an extra charge of £60/night).

John Lewis department store, the new St. James Quarter and the Omni entertainment centre are also less than 5 mins walk away. Topping & Co. bookshop is directly over the road from the apartment.
