“This house has great space for a group of adults. The 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were a luxury for our group of 5. A few cleanliness issues but overall it was fine. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was adequately equipped. If there were 8 people as advertised, you may be short on plates/glasses and the table only seats 6. Brown Co State Park is close and the hiking is surprisingly good for Indiana! We would definitely go back.”

“If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I do not normally write awful reviews, but in this case, I do want to WARN people. My husband and 2 very young children checked into a cabin, and about 30 minutes after going to bed, my husband started itching and getting bit. He had over 20 welts on his body. We tried to get ahold of Rex, the owner but no one would answer their "after hours" number. We packed up and left by 1:00 A.M. We were booked to stay 3 nights. They hired an exterminator to come……

“7 Acre Legacy was a beautiful property! Once we arrived we didn't want to leave. We enjoyed the setting - wildlife, hiking, fishing, etc. We took advantage of the all the amenities - hot tub, ping pong, outdoor eating, and firepit. My husband and I sat at the firepit with our calendar, trying to figure out the next time we can come back to 7 Acre. The place and our experience exceeded our expectations. “We had a wonderful time hiking and photographing nature in Brown County State Park and the house was very close to the park and to Nashville. We enjoying shopping the shops as well. Only downside was no fenced in yard for our pet. Otherwise all was good.”

“The A Frame was up a big hill and tucked away in the woods. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive car to get to it. It had a really nice deck and a great view of the trees. The hot tub was very nice. The stairs up to the loft are really steep, so people staying there need to be aware of that.”

“My wife and I stay in Nashville a few times a year, we’ve tried all of the hotels and several of the rental properties. This was our favorite so far. Right downtown, so it’s close to everything, but set back off the main strip, so it was quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely go back.”

“We stayed here with a family group for 3 days. The house has wonderful outdoor spaces on a porch, a lower patio and the back yard with a covered porch and fire pit. While the house was small, the outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out and be together! The location is right on a very busy road, so you have to be ok with the road noise. But the house was very well equipped and maintained. Highly recommended!”

“As a frequent VRBO user, I can honesty rate this house. First off, the house was clean and had a fairly good use of space. Location is great for Nashville and 35 minutes to the heart of Bloomington. You can walk to town, but there is really no shoulder so there is a little risk involved. The backyard was nice, comfortable, a cute brook runs behind the house. The bedroom are small, and as a result do not have dressers. A small closet to hang stuff is available. Large TV’s in every room with……
