"Booked a double bed was given a room with one double and twin bunk beds over the double bed, there was no air conditioner as advertised. The room was extremely small! When we asked they said rooms don’t have any a/c. And they all have bunk beds..No ice maker, no microwave even at reception area! Flies everywhere! Windows have no screens!! Staff was friendly!"

"Hotel confortable, propre, situé à quelques minutes en voiture du parc Phantasialand. Accueil professionnel et sympatique, check-in rapide et efficace. Chambre propre, confortable, de taille standard. Eau pétillante offerte. Literie confortable, wifi fonctionnel. Parking gratuit inclus. Petit déjeuner buffet inclus (vaste choix de produits sucré/salé et de boissons chaudes et jus de fruit). Excellent rapport qualite/prix, je recommande et je n’hésiterais pas à réserver de nouveau pour une prochaine visite à Phantasialand."
