"All staff we dealt with were excellent, informative and very friendly. Our room was well equipped on 9th floor, very quiet and with very comfy bed . Breakfast buffet was always very good and food of high quality . If anything , digital info screens in lift were either out of date or don’t work, eg weather for March displayed , no floor number and the audible alert to floors was so so quiet we only noticed lifts had one on our 2nd last day - had been there a week! Overall nice hotel. Easy taxi / uber into centre of town"

"Here’s a polished, elevated version of your review: ⸻ We had an excellent stay at the Meliá Sevilla during the Feria. Vero, Carmela, and Juan at The Level reception were absolutely wonderful—they made check-in and check-out seamless and kindly arranged transportation to and from the feria, which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is also fantastic—right next to Plaza de España—making it ideal for sightseeing, with several excellent restaurants just a short walk away. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough and would happily stay here again."

"Anabel was very nice and helpful with everything we needed. She let us check in one hour earlier than the official ck in time, which was great!!! The apartment’s location is perfect. Good spaces and comfortable. Not that it matters much, but drapes and furniture could use a little refurbishing "
