“The staff was very friendly and nice. Property is basic but pretty clean. Could use some updates, which it looked like they were doing. Outdoor space is nice. Reviews said breakfast was better than other hotels, but I didn't think there was a very good selection and no gluten free items. My husband enjoyed the evening cookies. A little far out from San Diego if planning activities there. I wanted to be out of the city, but it was maybe a little too far.”

“Room wasn’t ready. They are remodeling and their work equipment was in my room before they gave me my keys. Too many loud neighbors. Wouldn’t stay here again ”

“A plain and simple lodging for sleeping and resting that was the lowest price point for two days. Clean, uncluttered, freeway close, tv, air. Best part is the concierge at the front desk. Very friendly, very helpful, explained the charges and procedures very thoroughly and clearly. I’ll be back.”

“It was really unsatisfactory, felt unsafe, unit was in bad condition overall in cleaning and in maintenance.”

“It was run down, needed repairs, and the should be ashamed to charge the rates they did for that place. As I went to check in, there was some inspector there saying this was the 3rd they had a violation. The next time would be a fine. No idea what that was about but it could've been any number of things. They had a water issue and had the water off for 2 hours trying fix it.”

“Dirty and run down. Only thing updated was the flooring. Old outdated pictures, The room was smelly and stagnant. Very noisy with being right next to the freeway. Had to go to a different hotel because of how unsafe and uncomfortable it felt.”

“I stay at BW everytime I visit relatives in the area. Each time, I see improvements. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. I think it is a good value. I'll continue to go there. ”

“Parking was limited on the pool side . They only had 1 handicap spot and 5 other spots so if you got back late there was no parking close to the room so if your handicap its to far of a walk ”

“The room was clean. The electrical outlets leave something to be desired, especially the ones next to the bed because they would not keep my wall charger in place to charge my phone. The shower door would not stay closed and would slide open a few inches for some reasons. There was an odor coming from the bathroom sink, the drain pipe might need to be cleaned. Breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and positive.”

“Everything was terrific. The room was very clean. The Hot tub and pool were clean and very relaxing. The continental breakfast has a large variety of goodies for adults and children to choose from. Will be returning again ☺️”
