“Beautiful place !! Unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed. Rustic, off-grid but with all the comforts! Natural beauty of the sierras and the Uruguayan night sky while living in a cool dome. Laying in bed we could see orion thru the triangle sky window. We enjoyed the visit during the summer but can’t wait to visit in the cooler weather too. Interesting trails, sightings of wild birds and animals, beautiful restaurant with breathtaking views! We didn’t want to leave! What a relaxing place !!!”

“We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help. “O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com.
O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. Lamentável.
