“Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. “在Lanzarote島體驗舒適的住宿，飯店的管理人非常親切友善，讓人在此住宿有家的感覺，雖然有些小部分不盡理想，但飯店願意協助我們改善舒適的住宿環境，這是萬分感激的地方。早餐也很豐盛。雖然這趟旅程遇到狂風、沙塵暴，無法在泳池欣賞美麗的夕陽景致，如果還有機會希望天氣美好時再去住宿一次。”

“The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when……

“The hotel was ok however the rook condition was extremely poor. The room was dirty overall, the fixtures and fittings were hanging off like the lights and door handles (one door handle came off completely). There was also a pretty severe mould problem in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it before in a hotel. The bathroom ceiling was completely black as there was no window or ventilation. This is not only bad to look at but extremely dangerous for young kids, elderly people or people……

“The accommodation was absolutely superb. It was clean, tidy and everything had thought behind it. The reception staff are incredible and go above and beyond to help and ensure your stay is perfect. We went out a few nights for dinner and we WhatsApp the devotion desk who booked us a taxi (could be tricky flagging one down). The entire stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much. ”

“Lovely staff, all very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Hotel spotless and well maintained. Beautiful views from our balcony, looking over the sea and Fueterventura in the distance. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and constantly restocked. Eggs and omelete made to order. Only 15 minutes walk along the seafront to Flamingo beach for a wider choice of restaurants or nearby Argentinian restaurant fantastic for a steak meal. Would love to go back after the upcoming……

“Love spacious clean room and bathroom with lovely sea view. Staff all friendly and helpful. We stayed bed & breakfast and the breakfast choice and quality was fantastic. Plenty space around the pool and the entertainment team were good fun. Cant wait to go back 😎”

“This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃”

“The apartment was comfortable and clean. I particularly like tge snack bar on site where yoy can get food and drink throughout the day. The staff are friendly and helpful”

“Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.”
