“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich .Die Anlage war noch besser als erwartet . Zu Unternehmungen ist es nicht weit . Entspannung und Ausgehen sind nur 10 min voneinander entfernt .”

“The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+ The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing. The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay.”
