“Book this hotel for the unique experience! You feel like you are on a ship. The views are spectacular. The hotel itself is a 3 star. No A/C in the room. Only a ceiling fan with the patio door wide open to sleep. But it was lovely to hear the waves crashing all night. A relaxing experience”

“We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks……

“This was a great hotel/apartments. Smooth and quick check in, spacious apartment with large balcony and had all the self catering amenities I needed. Room cleaned everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. I could always get a sun lounger at the pool. Showers and changing facilities for a late flight as check out is 11.30am. Would stay here again.”

“Pleasantly surprised - we booked this as a last minute deal - we got a good deal - didn’t expect much with looking at the reviews. The property was clean, could be better maintained. You can only use the Al fresco bar for all inclusive food and drink which is annoying. However, The food was great - no complaints. Drinks were local brands but again no complaints. “Das war unser 3. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Leider war er nicht ganz so gut wie die anderen beiden Mal. Die Wohnung ging über zwei Etagen. Das Doppelbett waren lediglich zwei zusammengerückte Einzelbetten (war sonst nicht so). Der Meerblick ließ sich nur von der oberen Terrasse uneingeschränkt genießen. Auf der unteren versperrte eine Hauswand die Hälfte der Sicht. Zudem befand sich angrenzend der Aufzug des Partnerhotels und davor der Zugangsbereich dazu. Manche Gäste waren während des……

“Mein Aufenthalt im Sunset Bay war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch nichts Besonderes. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation über WhatsApp, die stets unkompliziert und schnell verlief. Auch das Servicepersonal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben.
