“Wir waren 5 Tage im Ruby Lotti und der Aufenthalt war super. Das Hotel bietet einen super Service und leckeres Frühstück. Wir waren viel zu früh da und es war kein Problem die Koffer abzugeben und schon mal die Stadt zu erkunden. Auch ist man schnell an der U-Bahn ( 2 Stationen bis zum Hafen) und S-Bahn also sehr zentral. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen 😁”

"The hotel boasts historical significance and is nestled within a park, surrounded by a wonderful environment. Our room features a balcony that offers a charming view of the park's fountain, especially enchanting in the evening. The hotel provides excellent beds and a variety of amenities. The staff exhibit professionalism, proactivity, and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. However, a minor issue arises with one of the washbasins having inadequate water drainage. I am confident that the hotel will promptly address and resolve this concern."
