“Lovely peaceful spot in a rural location. The Barn was very clean and the scones and fizz were a lovely gesture. The only complaint would be that the matress in the double room is quite hard and uncomfortable but other than that we had a lovely stay.”

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on. “Booked as a self-contained room thinking it had a kitchen. It did - shared by the rest of the rooms on the floor. Hmmm. It felt like an institution - a key card to get through a barred gate, then again to enter the building, once more to enter the floor and finally a fourth time to enter the room.
