“The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. “This place was safe and dry for the night. The beds were comfortable, but we had reserved a room with a sofa bed, which we discovered was not the case. We were told the wrong couches had been delivered during renovations and offered one twin sized roll-away for our two children instead. Most of the staff was fine, but a few were downright rude. Definitely not family-friendly attitudes on the staff, but the accommodations were fine. The shower rod was installed incorrectly, causing the curtain to……
