The staff is very nice & professional but the property needs work the rooms r nasty there was bags of trash in the hall for 2 days the elevator was broken the laundry service half worked no dryer cold biscuit's at breakfast some rooms didn’t have a working air conditioner this place is in need of more employees

I wasn’t impressed compared to the pictures online. There was an odor in the room, holes in the walls and hair on our towels in the bathroom. The fridge smelt like someone had spaghetti in there for weeks and the tv wouldn’t comnect to the internet. Only stayed because it was close to where we needed to go. Never again though!

The bathroom was very dirty. You can see hair on the floor in the bathroom. and it was here on the toilet and the toilet wasn’t clean. The pool was very dirty. You wasn’t able to go swimming .
