「No pool, security kind of sketchy, loud kids running upstairs like a drill sergeants and jumping off their bed starting at 7AM. Water doesn’t get hot for long in the shower. 」

「The host was extremely welcoming and responsive - very professional in all ways. That was a stand out. The apartment was also very well equipped and designed- it was a lovely place to stay.」

「The place is an apartment complex with security. The furniture slid across the floor whenever we sat down. The leg on the bed about broke with our weight. Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped. 」
