“Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Building has a small pool and gym/workout room. Convenient location. Hotel has a free shuttle to local businesses. McDonalds/gas station/convenience store located next door. Free breakfast including eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc.”

“The location is great and parking is easy. Lobby was clean and front desk staff very friendly. There was a roped off area in front of the main entrance door and the elevator was broken. The room has been updated, but isn't the cleanest. The main hall carpet is really run down. Our toilet srst was really loose. I am thankful there is a hotel in the area, but the pricing seemed high for one night with the quality/cleanliness of the room. The breakfast is a nice bonus, but we ate out with family……

“My daughter and I recently stayed at Irish Cottage Inn & Suites and had a great experience. The location was convenient, and although we had to cross a fairly busy road, we were able to walk to downtown Galena easily. We also used the shuttle service once, which was a wonderful perk and made getting around even easier. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with great shower water pressure and a small refrigerator that came in handy during our stay. I also appreciated being able to grab a cup of……

“Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.”
