“Great big home. Lots of space for everyone. We had a family vacation complete with kids and grandkids and it was the perfect place. Thing for all ages, For inclement weather, plenty of space to play games, screens for movie streaming, or hang out and play some pool or ping pong. On the nice days, everyone loved the animals, soccer and baseball fields for open play time or hang out close by and play close to house. Downtown Galena is about 20 minute drive so more entertainment options are close.……

“A terrific getaway for an extended family.........Our family (all four generations) enjoyed this property on a recent weekend. The grounds are extensive, covering several acres. The main house sits elevated high above an extensive meadow. It has suites on 3 floors and we used all 3 floors but only the main kitchen (there are two others). We used the basement and second floor for the bedrooms only. The main kitchen opens up to a large dining area/gathering room with enough seating room to……

“This property offers the luxury of a resort with the down-home experience of a ranch. Peaceful, gorgeous views - especially at sunset from the "Quiet Rock" deck. Or the sunrise from the swing near the Main Lodge. Mark is a gracious host who shared his love of the property by introducing us to Waffles, the donkey, Flowers, the cow, & numerous other animals. “The home was directly as advertised. It was clean, cozy, and a comfortable place for a weekend getaway. Me and my girlfriend had a very nice experience staying here and its a convenient distance from Galena!”

“Beautiful. Clean. And the kindest and most responsive hosts we have ever had. We come up somewhat often to visit family and this unit is absolutely perfect for a couple and a fur baby. If the place is available, we will be returning!”

“Very responsive hosts”

“Great easy spot with good space for a family. A bit farther from the main downtown but easily walkable.”

“I would stay again, clean and the host is very communicative.”

“We try to travel with our pets as much as possible & this was an absolute gem to find! Very thoughtful touch with the dog bowls & bed! The condo was perfect-beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. Very cute loft area, the albums on display! Everything we needed in the kitchen. TWO coffee options (that alone gets bonus stars) We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck watching golfers come through & everything about the location. Great little dog walks. Would love to come back in the fall to try……

“Nice house good 4 people.”

“Cute villa! Perfect for two couples”

“Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Excellent communication with the host. Will be back in the fall. Thank you so much!”

“This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at in Galena. We have stayed at a lot of them. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Love the TV watching setup and the furniture was comfortable. So unusual in a rental. Both my husband and I have back issues so need support and a way to put up our feet. First time we went home without pain/discomfort. Loved that one of the showers was a normal size and not a tiny square. We stayed for a week and didnt need the air conditioning with the windows open……

“Wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable and a great location. It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back next fall! Highly recommend!”

“The property was clean and well taken care of. Brian was very helpful, responding immediately to requests for information. We will be back.”

“Wonderful property with great amenities near by. Very clean, comfortable and easy to settle in to. Also a great townhouse development within the Galena Territory. Would absolutely recommend!”

“This villa was beautiful, very clean, well-maintained and they thought of everything. The communication was above and beyond and we will definitely be back.”

“Such a cute house. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The hot tub and ability to go to the pool at the owners club was a hit. Also the location was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. A great house for a getaway.”
