「Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. We had good muffins but was expecting more than just packaged oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. There was cold cereal and bagels offered too. The yogurt was expired. We had hot water but heard a lot of complaints at the front desk that some people had no hot water. The cable and internet was out for a night. 」

「Need to purchase a new hot water heater to accommodate the entire hotel. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Quickly repaired but not enough hot water for showers when hotel is full. 」

「1st room there was a cokroach on the night stand. Requested another room. That room had crumbs in the bed when the sheets were pulled back. Received a refund. 」

「Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay.」

It’s a very old building which is part of its charm. One issue.. They were having construction work done and all the parking was roped off. It started the day before we checked out. We should have been informed of where to park. One of the construction team directed us. Other than that, our stay was delightful..」
