「First of all, we got a phone call to the room at 11:45 pm (we were asleep) telling us we were scanned into the wrong room. I said do I need to come down there? Well the guest that was supposed to go in there wants to check in. Can it wait until morning? I booked and was charged through Expedia but they also charged me. 「Definitely not sound proof. The rooms were fine but the hotel is on a busy intersection and the noise is VERY hard to sleep through. Not the hotels fault, but don’t recommend if you need sleep or are a light sleeper.」
