「Lemon Beach Resort was such a beautiful, quaint place with a great helpful professional staff. I went with a group and they were able to not only accommodate about 12 of us but there were other guests present as well. Even with all of us including the guests present for four days, everyone was cohesive and resumed the quiet peaceful aura that was present. 「Confusion about location. Google map was very wrong. Took time to find it. Suggest this be fixed. Rooms were nice, and location good. 」

「Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. 」

「The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty. The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor. The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction. Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice. Widad」

The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.」
