“Check in was smooth. Accommodations were stylish & comfortable. Great coffee next door! Convenient to downtown & parking on weekend was no problem (free). We had a few housekeeping issues that we could work around & were to be resolved after our departure. Management was professional & responded positively. Would consider staying here again.”

“It looks much better than the pictures portray! I took my grandson to Greensboro for a soccer camp at UNCG. I got the bed and he took the sofa sleeper. He was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped, but I did get a little aggravated at the frying pan situation. I had a couple of questions about things while I was there and got almost instant responses. I could not recommend this condo more!”

“The place is great, very cool, very clean, great location. The listing should note it is in a basement and it’s a little dark. The coffee bar / welcome note indicated that the wine and snacks were free to enjoy, but there were none. Neither a deal breaker but there you go….”

“Overall, the location was great very accessible to everything besides, the house was wonderful The host got back easily with text messages The first place we’re going to stay at had some issues because the person didn’t wanna leave which is understandable so he put us in a three bedroom house which was nice but it needs a lots of updating and some cleaning The ceiling fan literally came out of the ceiling. The pool needed. Some upkeep Shower rod fell down. It needed some maintenance done and it……

“Location is great. Street parking is tough to find so we used a parking garage close by. It was very comfortable. I would have preferred a covering over transom to hallway because it was so bright. We shut hall light off but someone turned it bag on. Strong scent of sewage in complex after second day. Not sure what that was about. Noise from adjacent apartment was loud one night. I would probably start here again if I wanted to explore dientiwn. ”

“This place is in the best possible location in town. beautiful, friendly neighborhood with great restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The apartment is very sparsely furnished from Goodwill. The bed is basically a mattress on the floor with a very strange surrounding frame thing. there are 2 windows in the bedroom that look out at the dated building electrical connections. there are no other windows. the most important feature of this place is the very dated, dirty smelly old……

“This is such a cute house that is so conveniently located to downtown Greensboro. The house was very clean and had everything you could need to have a fabulous, fun weekend with friends!”

“We had a great stay. We were able to celebrate our youngest sons birthday while we were there. Also our dogs got out of the fence in the backyard. The owner immediately contacted us to let us know that the neighbors were able to get them back in the yard and repair the fence where they got out. Very appreciative that they helped keep our dogs safe.”

“This is my family’s second time staying at this property. It is quite roomy for 6-8 guests and has everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is lovely and close to everything in the Greensboro area. Both John and Miranda are amazing and super reachable. We will definitely stay here again!”
