"Staff are brilliant. I was there for 2 weeks and they made me feel very welcome and they always asked how my day was etc. the hotel is right in the old quarter and was a perfect base. The breakfast is in a sister hotel only 2 minutes walk away at my pace . I didn't really eat there much. But it was basic but ok . The room is cleaned every day. 2 bottles of water in the fridge every time. I was happy here."

"Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel ensured our pitstop in Hanoi was completely stress-free. The location is right in the heart of Hanoi, making it very easy to get around. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when our flight changed and we needed to book an extra night. They were so accommodating that they even had our new room ready early before we checked out of the first one, making the transition completely seamless. Overall, a lovely hotel that I would absolutely recommend!"
