「I didn't have an issue with this property per say, I had an issue with the room we received. So the units are individually managed by different vendors or agents. Our room was clean but the shower was broken, there was mold on the wall, the AC worked. The wifi did not work. The room was also very small. 「Hotel is in a great location. Not far from the airport. So you will hear flights overheard. Lovely reception area. Check in was quick and straightforward. Special mention to Kekeli and Bismarck. Great breakfast choices. Staff were superb, so helpful and very pleasant. Room was clean. Very spacious and aircon worked very well. The Atrium area and bar is great. The pool area is small but a nice extra bonus. Will definitely return. 」

Dirty rooms , no AC , bad Wifi connection , had to check out after 1 night, the only good thing is getting my refund for the rest of the 6 days , bad communication even right from the reception!!
