"I was met at airport by Nicholas at 5:30 am to transport me to the hotel. Check in was seamless. The accommodation met my needs and the location was very convenient. The front desk was very responsive to my request during my stay. Nicholas was there at 2 am the morning that I checked to ensure I was at the airport in time for my early flight home. Excellent accommodation for my stay in Ghana."

"When I tried to check in I was told that there were no rooms available. I had to insist on being given a room; especially when I had paid full r it more than 2 weeks in advance. Apparently it is something that happens often with the company listing the property. "
