Level One: On this level, you will find 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a view of the private pool with a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #2 has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean with a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 is a very spacious master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom. Each room has its own private balcony where you can enjoy great views of the ocean and the sound! The large-capacity washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level near the bedrooms.
Level Two: On this level, you will find Bedroom #4, the 2nd master bedroom equipped with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom.
Level Three: On this level, you will find an open-concept floor plan including the kitchen, living area, and dining area with expansive views of the ocean and the sound. The full gourmet kitchen has porcelain countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an island that includes additional seating for 4 - perfect for preparing family meals. Off the kitchen, there is a large deck equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy great seafood while overlooking the ocean. A half bath with a new vanity is also located near the kitchen. The dining room has seating for eight with beautiful views of the ocean and sound.
