“Rob’s place was comfortable and convenient for our visit with family. The back patio was so nice. I’m recommending this spot for others who will visit the area.”

“The host was extremely responsive and the property was exactly as described. The parking spot provided is tricky to maneuver and requires two people to avoid damaging your car on all the obstacles. The shower is tricky too, so be sure to ask before you arrive. The property also smells a bit damp/musty, so maybe bring some room spray or a candle. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely rebook the space for our next visit to Berkeley.”

“We really enjoyed the stay here. The area was great and close to restaurants and lake Merritt as well as Whole Foods. The apartment was modern and had extras like Alexa in each room. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of storage. There were many tools in kitchen including a full pot and pan set that was a bit soiled possibly from prior guests but still appreciated. Stove appeared dirty at first but was just slightly worn. Overall apartment was very clean. Host was accessible and……

“On the downside: The apartment is a bit funky with rather uncomfortable furniture. And the laundry is a coin operated machine downstairs. Only one set for the six unit building. The place was lacking some essentials for the kitchen so we bought a few things to help out. On the upside: Great location, and communicative host.”

“We were two senior couples visiting the Oakland area and found this spacious place to spread out games and puzzles inside. Outside, the neighborhood offers delicious food, shopping and people watching. This area is doing something right with its mix of friendly and diverse shop owners and locals. We had a great time! Our host responded immediately with any questions!”
