“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”

“Very clean place, easy check-in with instructions sent well in advance, convenient and beautiful location. Well maintained and good option for laundry. Parking was a bit tricky to find at first and in the dark, could use a bit more signage at the street to help with that but was not a problem and easy to get into once we found it. ”
