A beautiful peaceful retreat. Absolutely loved this place. Planned on one night, stayed for three. Don't ever want to leave. Spa facilities are amazing and rejuvenating. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Flora Alpina lays out the red carpet as soon as you enter this beautiful hotel. The reception desk staff is do welcoming, giving detailed descriptions of the facilities. Thd spa, sauna, pool and hot tub add to the luxurious feel of this beautiful spot. Hope to come back.

L'hôtel est magnifique. La chambre était somptueuse avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Dîner excellent et qualité de service parfaite. Nous avions décidé de passer une nuit pour faire une étape dans notre voyage vers l'Italie. C'était un excellent choix. Nous avons passé une soirée merveilleuse !

Lovely hotel, avoid the restaurant

We had a lovely time in this hotel, the location is wonderful and the room had a beautiful view over the lake. Whilst the hotel itself is rather old we weren't troubled too much by noise, from other guests or the road below. The spa is great; lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi and a sauna outside which looks over the lake! We also had a massage which was superb. Only thing which really lets this hotel down is its restaurant. Breakfast is fine but dinner was really quite bad, especially considering the price! Even though we loved the hotel itself I'm not sure we'd go back because of the food. It's such a shame because the terrace and the lake view makes it the perfect place to have dinner and watch the sunset.

An amazing view

Great location and view on the lake. Surrounded by a large garden. Excellent service. Great food. Only minus point: We got a rather dark room next to the elevator although the hotel was half empty.

Magnifique endroit!

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et toujours un ravissement face à ce cadre idyllique. On peut passer des heures sur la terrasse du restaurant à contempler le vue, mais passer du temps dans la piscine est aussi très agréable! Personnel très gentil, nous avons juste dû demander une chambre plus grande tant celle avec vue sur le lac est étroite.

Le service de la réception était moyen et les chambres étaient propres, mais très anciennes. Une rénovation de fond serait probablement la bienvenue. Le service et la qualité du restaurant sont irréprochables.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und ein Upgrade in ein Seeblickzimmer erhalten, wunderschöner Garten mit super Pool und Whirlpool mit angenehmen Temperaturen. Frühstück war sehr grosszügig. Preise fürs Abendessen sind etwas hoch, vor allem für die eher bescheidenen Portionen. Alles in allem ein gelohnter Ausflug !

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Beautiful big rooms we had an amazing balcony with table chairs and sunbeds which ment we could sit out and picnic in the sun 🌞. Lovely staff at both reception and in the dining room. Beautiful breakfast nothing too much trouble.
