“The staff were generally very helpful allowed us to check in remotely before our redeye flight so we could use the room to recover the next morning. There were some electrical problems in our room. The TV would not connect to the hotels, Internet for signal, and some of the power plugs were unreliable, but generally, the room was in good shape.”

“What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature. Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! ”

“The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. ”

“The loft was very clean & priced fairly for the area. I will definitely book this loft again when I need a place to stay in Atlanta. Someone was always available to take my call & answer my questions. The check-in & check-out process was very easy. ”

All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's. Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery.……
