Excellent beach location for families and surfers

Great location with lots of space, just a short walk from Moonlight State Beach and all that downtown Encinitas has to offer!

Awesome location, awesome house

We rented out the entire house (it looks like maybe the intent is just to rent out the bottom floor at times) and it worked out great for our group. A three minute walk to the beach, convenient parking, a gorgeous house with surfing themes throughout, plenty of beach toys and accessories... what more could you need for a great vacation??

Family Beach Trip

Excellent location. Walking distance to Moonlight Beach and Cali Cream! The beach supplies made our trip more enjoyable because umbrellas are hard to travel with when flying in. The home was clean and bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When the day at the beach was wrapped up we unwind playing pool. Great family trip!

Family Staycation in Encinitas

Great house and location. ~15 minute drive from Legoland. Easy, one block walk to the beach. Short walk to downtown Encinitas which has all the food, drink, and shopping that one could desire. Back door opens to an alleyway that is closed off on one side. Great for our 3 year old to ride bike and scooter. Also made beach access a breeze. We kept boards on the side yard. House and shower to rinse off. Garage has plenty of gear: sand toys, lots of chairs, several boogie boards, and a few surfboards (thrusters 5-7’ and a couple foam tops). Upstairs kitchen is expansive and a large table for family meals. Prop manager was easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing Place!

This property is fantastic! We’ve stayed at a lot of places and this is one of our favorites. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The layout is awesome. The upstairs has a couple bedrooms with a main kitchen/family room that opens to great outdoor space. The downstairs has a great set up that becomes essentially a private unit when the door is shut, which includes a pool table, kitchenette, living room, bedrooms, etc. We were a family of 4 and had more than enough room. Our teenagers stayed in the downstairs and we stayed upstairs. There’s access to outside from many points so coming from the beach you can use the outdoor (heated) shower or enter directly right into an inside bathroom This place is perfect for 1 large family or 2 families.The location is great also. From the top deck you can see a sliver of the ocean / moonlight beach…but even better the beach is a 2 min walk down the hill and right at your fingertips.It’s also a very easy 10-15 min walk to the heart of downtown Encinitas. You could easily drive also, but we thought staying by the ocean was much better than staying closer to downtown…The host communicated really well and provided clear details and instructions. We had a great time and would live in this house full time if we could!

Great vacation

The house was everything that was described. We just showed up and shopped for food. Kitchens had everything you need and more. It was close to beach (walking distance) abs the neighborhood was beautiful.

It was not a good experience

This was not a good experience for us. The management was very difficult to work with. I would not recommend to stay here. we had some issues and tried to work it out with them and they were not helpful
