Close to beaches and dining

Loved the pool after a full day at the beach, house was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of stairs so don’t forget anything in your car lol.

Gulf Breezy and Comfortable

We enjoyed the stay near the water, Englewood and the beaches on Manasota Key. The unit was very comfortable and appreciated having a pool. Quiet neighborhood.

We loved Englewood and this House fully equipted for a Family with kids - so we decided to come again :-) Only missing is a dish washer

Property was very nice and clean. Great location. Pool was very nice. A lot of amenities were included. (Rating for property manager- tried two different ways to contact prior to our stay and never received any reply). No contact with property manager.

Lemon Bay views are amazing!

The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us - close to both downtown Englewood and Manasota Key and thankfully no hurricane damage at all! The pool looked nice, but on the warm days we chose the beach. There is ample parking and a nice screened in porch with a beautiful view of Lemon Bay! The decor was dated and could use a freshening hence my 4 star rating. Our only other issue was finding the "front" door. You must pass through the screened in porch to get to it. The arrow on the far side of porch is not obvious to newcomers. We had a good week overall.

Some confusion with address/street, called to host for clarification- no answer and voice box full. After 30 min drive around find house. Overall clean and quiet location. Thank you.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Enough parking for both of our vehicles and our boat. And super close to the boat ramp and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Was very clean and an amazing experience! So glad to be close to the water! But when trying to get in tough with the property management it was non existent. I had to contact the rental company and work with an outside manager just through email

Last minute booking

Excellent, glad we found this house for a last minute booking. Everything was close by, beach was down the road. Wonderful Café near by for breakfast "wink's old Town grill". The property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had ! Everything worked, the pool was great ! Will definitely book with them again and would recommend for others to stay as well.

Convenient

The house was just a short, easy drive to several nice beaches. Get to the beach before 10:00 to get a parking place on the weekend. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and beach/pool supplies were GREAT! Plenty of kitchen stuff, but no large pot to cook a lot of seafood. Several good restaurants close by.
