“Nice place to stay”

“Very nice clean room! Would stay again. Only 2 complaints would be no coffee pot and no ice machine. ”

“The office is always locked but there is a phone number to call. The room was good. Clean, but a broom in the room would've been handy with all the sand. There was a full kitchen to cook food and a full sized fridge. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Did have to ask for towels and was given 1. There is a pool and courtyard in the back.”

“All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!”

“Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.”

“A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“The pool was too cold to use still. The rooms could have been much cleaner. Use of bleach around the bathroom floors, tub and sink would help. The carpets would benefit greatly from shampooing. ”

“There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! ”

“Good hotel”

“Hello, I booked a room using Expedia from 3/17-3/20. I contacted Expedia on 3/17 to cancel the booking because I no longer needed the room and was connected to Patrick G, an Expedia customer service representative. Patrick G reported the following: “I was able to contact the hotel, and they have advised that they will not charge your card. While they are unable to cancel the reservation as it is already marked as ‘in stay,’ they have agreed to let the booking go as a no-show without any……

“Building is old and needs to be remodeled. No elevator to the second floor and no electrical plug on one side of the bed for my cpap. That was a big problem. TV remote worked only part of the time. Bed and pillows were good as was the shower, but was really old looking.”

“Rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Could have used some coffee for the coffee maker. There was one small single cup packet. The shower is very narrow but clean and adequate. Staff was terrific ”
