"We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and the beach was just a few steps away. Chris and Kalyn were very responsive and excellent hosts!"

"We had 2 families with a total of 5 kids and 4 adults. The outside view of Lemon Bay is amazing and spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view in pool and yard! The walk to the Gulf is short and beach while a little narrow was beautiful and very private. The bathroom in guesthouse is extremely small but nice to have. Large common area spaces. Highly recommend!"

"Super clean, super cute rental, great location. Host is very responsive. We had a great time on the island enjoying the sunrise on the back dock on the property, visiting the 4 beaches on the island which were lovely. The mile+ walk down to Stump Pass was worth the effort. We had a wonderful time on our quick 4 day vacation. We hope to return soon and would definetly rent this gem again. Thanks Carmin and Yasmin."

"We had a blast staying at Stump Pass! The rooms were clean and new. Well stocked apartment with privacy when you needed it or wanted it. Steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and nice bars. Hope you will have us back in the future. Dr. Gresham"

"This was yoir average beach house. Lots of stuff to use at the beach. Everything was a little run down but thats expected at a beach house. It was not dirty. The issue we had was getting to the beach. Due to storms the path was not usable and information about this was poorly communicated to me and my family. I will say once we found the beach. It was amazing. "

Sand in Your Toes . . . Right Out Your Front Door!

"Before we arrived my wife and I said "No matter what this place is lije we are going to enjoy itc. Boy! We were EXCITED! We walked in and it was Breathtaking. I actually cried because it was so spotless, clean, beachy, stocked with most everything you could ever want. Go to store for food. There were condiments, plates, cups, dishes. Literally just bring you! The price was so low we will definately help book for them all our friends. Ok so, walk onto the porch, step 1 step onto the sand, go 80 feet to the beach and let the waves crash upon the beach. We have stayed many places, never this nice. Never this stocked, never this affordable. Spoke with Pat the owner yesterday to let her know how it was and she knew we would live it. The beach, the pool,the fishing docks, the neighbors, the parking. All perfect!"

"it was a little house right near the beach...nice quiet neighborhood....not many people around except contractors still working to repair homes from the hurricane...had everything you would need down to the towels....enjoyed our stay at lazydays"

"We have been coming to Manasota Key for years and wasn’t sure what to expect after the hurricane. However, Island Breeze was perfect. Great location on the beach with an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Gulf. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There are sadly still a lot of damaged properties along the beach but the progress has been amazing. I would definitely rebook with Island Breeze if available. "
