“The remodeling of this older building is amazing! Very comfortable with everything you need. We couldn't get the coffeemaker to work but no problem, we travel with our coffeemaker. Restful and relaxing atmosphere. We would choose this cottage again.”

“We needed a rental property that would accommodate us for family in north port and for visiting a hospital in sarasota. This was the perfect fit. Great central location. Close to everything we needed. The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need to make you feel like home. Kyle is wonderful with keeping in touch and assisting with anything that you need. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Florida. You cannot go wrong……

“The duplex is very tastefully decorated, roomy, clean and comfortable. The property manager Brice did a great job of communicating before our arrival, and he was very attentive and effective in taking care of a plumbing issue that sprung up while we were staying there.”

“Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay. ”

“It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍”

“We really enjoy staying here. It was our 2nd time and will definitely stay here again next time in florida. Its a great location,quiet neigjborhood and great for walks on the all sidewalks throughout. Has anything you could possibly need if you forgot something and the kitchen is easy to cook in with pots and pans etc. Very cozy and very comfortable!”
