“This is a lovely boutique hotel - dog friendly, which I wish I’d known! - in a perfect location in the beautiful neighborhood of Ballsbridge. I needed a comfortable but affordable place w/in walking distance of the US Embassy for a very early appointment & the Pembroke was perfect & the room & breakfast were lovely. My only criticism is the skeleton staff. I arrived at 7:00 PM & it was right at the tail end of a downpour. I stopped on the street & put my hazards on, then dragged 2 of my 3 small……

While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! ”

“The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, I and another guest were left waiting outside because neither of us had been provided with an entry code. I had to walk to a neighboring property just to find someone who could contact the host for us. When the host was finally reached, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were dismissive and shifted the blame entirely onto the booking platform. To make matters worse, the room itself……

“The location, staff, breakfast are very good. The location is close to the Baggot Street Upper. There are many stores such as the pharmacy, supermarkets (TESCO), restaurants (WILLIAM SEARSON is very good and fair price), etc.. You can take 10 - 15 minutes walk to the central area of Dublin city and begin your sightseeing. The breakfast is very delicious. You can order a main course and the free buffet (i.e., drinks, fruit salads, cereals, and yogurt). I prefer the Traditional Irish Breakfast and……

“This was our favorite stay in our travels across Ireland. It is a great location especially if you plan on hiking in Wicklow/Glendalough. It was a quiet, well maintained property. Now, there are employees on site during certain times of day so one call out is to pay close attention to your emails as you will get information to access to lodge remotely. The family room with en-suite bathroom was perfect for our family and the room was sizable which is such a welcome surprise when in Europe. ……
