「Great spot and all the amenities」

「Beautiful cleaned room and good overall stay. Since the walls are made of wood, you can hear noises coming from other rooms (people snoring, etc.).」

「The hotel is nicely located in the mountains in a great scenery. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. However, we’re disappointed by a few things : the spa access is only 1 pm to 7 pm, which is probably ok in the winter but in the summer, I would expect a longer time frame. The person at the front desk is barely polite towards customers. Except for the restaurant staff, we didn’t feel warmly welcome as it should be in such a place.
