“Beautiful and clean with all the amenities. The pool and design is sleek and an amazing area to spend your days. The beach is a private direct access! This is special for this area because many of the resorts are separated by a street. We stayed in a basic room and it was still lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so KIND! You can walk from the resort to the city easily or there are also public buses. We didn’t do the included dinner and I ended up loving this decision as it……

“Top notch service from the moment you walk in. Everybody, and I mean everybody there provides the best service/friendliness/helpfulness. Whoever does the hiring there does a great job finding such incredible employees. The resort itself is amazing. Clean, beautiful, beautiful views, great pools, good food. I can’t say enough about this place. I guess the one negative (or positive for some people) is that it’s quite a drive to get anywhere. But I guess that’s just Crete being a big island with……

“Very nice hotel. Big and clean rooms. Frendly and helpful stuff. We stayed in the middle of may, so weather wasn’t the best. We didn’t get to use watter park because water there was very cold. But main pools were warm and nice. So kids got to swim abit. Very nice sand beach. Food was good, alot of vegetables and fruits. Very good coctails. Nice kids club. We used international one. Girls who works there are very friendly and knows how to work with kids. ”

Das Hotel besticht durch eine sehr schöne Ausstattung, Pools und extrem freundliches Personal. Ebenfalls ist das Frühstück außergewöhnlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war über 2 Stockwerke mit kleinem Gästebad und einfachen Betten unten. Oben wunderschönes Bad und komfortables Doppelbett. Zimmer war bei Erstbezug nicht ganz perfekt geputzt( haare unter Decke,……

“Sehr sauberes Hotel mit Top-freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht! Gute Struktur und Ablauf im Restaurant. Das Essen war von der Menge an Auswahl überschaubar aber dafür hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Wer etwas Ruhe haben will, der nutzt den Außen- oder Innenpool im Nebengebäude. Der Stand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar ebenso wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Old Town Rethymno in ca 20 - 25 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. ”

AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around ”

“Sehr schöne Adult Only Unterkunft mit modernen Zimmern mit eigenen Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles wirkt modern. Es ist auch ein kleiner künstlicher Strand vorhanden sowie eine Sauna. Das Essen war ausreichend und gut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit vor Ort.”

“Hébergement de qualité, très propre et très calme malgré l'emplacement dans la vieille ville et donc idéalement situé.Tout le personnel est d'une grande amabilité. La chambre où j'ai logé avait une grande terrasse (avec chaises et table), ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Il ne manquait qu'une petite chaise longue ! On y accédait par 2 escaliers assez étroits (l'hôtel est une ancienne bâtisse vénitienne) qui peuvent poser problème à des personnes peu mobiles. Je recommande également le restaurant……

“The hotel is very modern, nice and clean. The pool area is amazing. The service is doing a great job. There is always (live) music at the pool area, mostly until 11pm. We had breakfast included, not all inclusive as there are lots of restaurants around the hotel/ close by. ”
