“The staff were very helpful, and willing to help, not just help because it is part of the job. From quick to translation to quick questions, they were there. Which was great because I can be a little nervous with language barriers. In hindsight, I do wonder if there was a bit of a leak in my restroom, but me not bringing that to the attention of staff is on me, not on staff being unapproachable (because they were not). We came for 3 nights and weren't sure what to expect but Niccolo arranged for an airport transfer and introduced us to the room and the property and made us feel at home right away. He sorted us out with a delicious local salad and spritz and we chilled by the gorgeous pool - what a way to arrive! The room was very comfortable and stylish and we looked forward to the breakfast every morning! We didn't have a car so walked the 30 mins to the local train……
