“I booked this home for my children spring break trip and let me just say I was IMPRESSED! The home was so neat and clean , near all types of stores and malls. We went to splash lagoon which was only about 15 minutes from the home. Very kid friendly , overall 10/10!”

“Had to find a place to fit 4 adults and 3 kids on the fly for a funeral, this place fit the bill. Pros: House is clean, host is very responsive, great area of town. Cons: Parking is be tricky if you have a bigger vehicle (I have a truck), no washer or dryer, would have loved a keurig (they have a coffee pot). Overall nice clean place and a good host.”

“We traveled to Erie for the funeral of a family member. The location was good and the accomodations met our needs overall. The lack of an ironing board was inconvenient. Had there been one we would not have had to bring all of our clothing to the home of another family member to iron. Also, it would have been helpful to have had a sink stopper in the kitchen sink.”

“When they say this property was remodeled it is true and they did a wonderful job on the remodel. . This is conveniently located to I-79, tons of shopping and restaurants and also the Bayfront area which is a beautiful area that I knew was there until I was invited to lunch while in town. The staff is excellent from the time I checked in to the tie I checked out everyone was very polite and professional. The breakfast was very good and fresh with a wide variety of items. Great Job Springhill……
