"We, a family of four with two teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are great for walking and the view from the restaurant, which is right around the corner, is amazing! The house is close to the road and one day there where a lot of motorcycles, but besides that it's a very quiet place, perfect for relaxing. "Very nice hotel in the heart of the entertainment area. A few minutes walk from the beach with shops and restaurants. The hotel is very convenient, lots of areas to relax. Extended breakfast was very handy as well. Lidl supermarket is around the corner. Close to a bus stop to Palma City Centre. Also very close to the airport. Great location! The staff were very helpful."

"Très propre, les employés sont gentils, le buffet était très bon. La piscine est magnifique. Le secteur paraît un peu dangereux avec des vendeurs qui ont l’air louche. Au moins la police était présente. Le restaurant ferme tôt et après il y a plus de nourriture à aucun endroit à l’hôtel. Ce serait bien que au moins le bar offre de la nourriture un peu plus tard."

"Very nice hotel with good facilities, especially the outdoor and indoor pools & spa. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent choice at the breakfast buffet, including gluten free options. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment throughout the week. A few small gripes: Toiletries provided are basic: only a combined shampoo/shower gel but no conditioner or body lotion. No kettle in the bedroom. Only one small water bottle per person provided in the fridge at the start of the stay. No water fountain anywhere in the hotel to top up reusable bottles. There is always a lengthy queue for the freshly cooked breakfast options - it would be helpful to have a second staff member at these stations."

"We stayed for one week in Bonanza and we highly recommend it. A great hotel with wonderful service and the breakfast and dinner selection is lovely and delicious, the only comment is that water should be at least included with dinner rather than having to pay for a bottle every night. The location is also convenient, and the bus stop 4 to Palma is literally outside the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!"
