There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. "The personel is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Their food also real good. The building is beautifull. The frontside, with a view is only for appartements i was told. I did not sleep well cause of an itchy bed, and a very, very noisey morning. This made it a bad excperience, feeling really tired before hiking the montblanc haha"
