"Wonderful location. The late afternoon crepes and popcorn is a wonderful surprise. The coffee and water stations, not to mention the wonderful spa just makes it all that much better."

"We enjoyed our stay at Les Balcons du Savoy. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Our balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"We liked the comfortable room and the free coffee. Comfortable bed with a nice bedspread. Even though it overlooks a busy street, it was quiet. The view from the balcony was great. The location near Main Street was great, do was the option of a private parking. The lights on the bathroom would be better if they were brighter. WIFI was a little slow."

"We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more attention to detail would make the experience even better."

"The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect—everything is walkable, including great restaurants and bars. The spa was amazing and such a relaxing experience. My only small critique is that the hot tub water could have been a bit warmer, but aside from that, everything was perfect!"
